The Ukraine conflict is dramatically accelerating global geopolitical changes, moving at the pace of a “Ferrari engine,” according to José Alexandre Altahyde Hage, a professor of International Relations at Unifesp.

Geopolitics has been evolving for 20 to 30 years, but the international community was not anticipating such a dramatic shift as the one caused by the war in Ukraine.”
